Scope of this notice
This privacy notice applies to qenafexo.pro and to direct communications sent to [email protected]. It describes information connected with visits to this site and information you choose to provide when you contact the stage manager. It does not govern third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked from an email conversation or from your own materials.
Information you may provide
You may choose to send an email containing your name, email address, project context, artwork, scene notes, attachments, or other information relevant to a character-animation or rigging enquiry. Please send only material you are entitled to share. If you send information about another person, make sure you have an appropriate reason to do so and do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Website form behavior
The form on the Contact section is deliberately browser-only. When completed in a supported browser, it validates required fields locally, shows a local confirmation message, and resets its visible fields. It is not an email client, does not send a request to a server, and is not designed to retain the content you typed after the reset. Direct email is the appropriate way to make contact.
How direct correspondence may be used
Information sent by email may be used to read, respond to, organize, and continue the conversation you initiated. It may also be used to understand the materials you voluntarily supplied and to maintain reasonable records of the communication. Information is not used to create a mailing list, to publish your materials, or to make decisions about you by automated means.
Technical information and external resources
Like most websites, a browser may request technical resources needed to display a page. This site references Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, jQuery, and Google Fonts from their respective providers. Those providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested resource, and time of request under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those external services. No first-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media tracking widgets are intentionally included on this site.
Retention and security
Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep context for an active discussion, meet a legal obligation, resolve a concern, or maintain ordinary communication records. Reasonable care is taken with communications, but no transmission or storage method can be promised to be perfectly secure. Avoid sending confidential credentials, financial information, or highly sensitive personal data by ordinary email.

You can choose not to send an enquiry, ask what information is held in an email conversation, request correction of an obvious inaccuracy, or ask for deletion where appropriate.
