Website access is not a purchase
qenafexo.pro is an informational website. Browsing its pages, using the browser-only contact form, or sending an initial enquiry does not purchase a product or service. The site does not offer a checkout, take payment, or create a booking. For that reason, there is no website purchase to return, exchange, or refund through this page.
Separate written arrangements
Any potential animation, rigging, consultation, rehearsal, source-material, or delivery work would need to be discussed separately. If work is agreed, the relevant written agreement, statement of work, invoice terms, or applicable law will describe scope, payment, changes, rights, revisions, cancellation, and any refund position. Those specific written terms take priority over this general information where they address the same subject.
Before work begins
If you need to withdraw an enquiry or change a proposed direction before work has begun, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Include enough information to identify the conversation, such as the email address used, the working title of the scene, and the approximate date of the exchange. An early note helps keep reference materials and planning from being mistaken for an active instruction.
Changes during an active arrangement
Animation and rigging work can change as new source material, technical constraints, or scene decisions appear. If you want to change an active brief, explain the requested change in writing before assuming it is included. The impact on scope, timing, review points, existing materials, or any agreed payment will depend on the specific arrangement. A revised plan should be confirmed before substantial new direction is treated as part of the work.
Digital and custom materials
Custom notes, scene studies, rig maps, source organization, or other digital materials may be tailored to a particular brief. Their returnability, reuse, replacement, or refund treatment cannot be determined generically because it depends on the stage of work, the written agreement, and applicable law. If a delivered file appears corrupt or materially inaccessible, contact the stage email promptly with a description of the issue and the environment in which it occurred.
Concerns about a direct arrangement
If you have a concern about an invoice, agreed deliverable, cancellation, or proposed resolution, first send a clear written note to [email protected]. State the relevant arrangement, the date, the material or instruction involved, and the outcome you are seeking. This allows the conversation to be reviewed against the applicable written terms and the actual materials shared. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
